The Mid Rim of the galaxy is the region between the Expansion Region and the Outer Rim Territories. Although the Mid Rim encompasses many remote systems, there are some worlds whose cultures’ and histories are just as influential as many Core Worlds, such as Naboo in the Chommell sector. During the Clone Wars, the Mid Rim saw extensive fighting with the battles on Bracca,
Malastare, Kashyyyk, and many more worlds. During the Galactic Civil War, the Mid Rim was sympathetic to the Rebel Alliance. Because of this, the Alliance made an attempt to take the region, calling the campaign the Mid Rim Offensive. The operation ultimately stalled, but the Alliance made many new allies that later helped them defeat the Empire after the Battle of Endor.
This symbol marks a world that was first created for a canon literary source (reference books, novels, young adult novels, etc.) Other entries with literary sources have Legends counterparts.
This symbol marks a world that was ‘canonized’ in a recent Fantasy Flight Games roleplaying sourcebook. Wookieepedia considers the FFG material fully canon but its mix of Legends and canon content puts it somewhere in the middle. I decided to include these worlds in the Archive, for inclusiveness.
This symbol marks an entry as a moon. And since moons can be just as populated and culturally or historically significant as a planet (think Nar Shaddaa and Yavin IV), the distinction was important.
This symbol marks an entry as a moon and created for a canon literary source.
This symbol marks a world that saw significant military conflict during the Clone Wars (22 BBY - 19 BBY).
This symbol marks a world that saw significant military conflict during the Galactic Civil War (0 BBY - 5 ABY).
This symbol marks a world that saw significant military conflict during the war between the First Order and the Resistance (34 ABY - ? BBY).
If a world's only "canon" source in Wookieepedia is The Force Awakens Beginner Roleplaying Game, it will not be included in this collection.

It's cities and town were small compared to other locations in the galaxy. During the Clone Wars, Nakadia was occupied by the Separatists, who brought waves of battle droids. As a result, the Nakadians developed a bias against droids. Due to its pristine environment, Nakadia was classified by the New Republic as a
Class A protected planet. Restricted agricultural products

invasive. The planet's capital was Quarrow, which had a few thousand

A remote world, Shantipole had a violent atmosphere of gases and lightning that it was practically desolate. The planet's surface was dominated by mountain spires and large winged creatures known as dactillions could be found in the skies. Shantipole was once a highly prospected source of rare gases similar to tibanna, however investors abandoned Shantipole due to its unpredictable wind patterns. Because of that violent atmosphere, most pilots typically avoided Shantipole, often regarded it as a "one-way trip."
