A world in the Outer Rim, but not as close to Wild Space as Batuu. It was mountainous with a polluted atmosphere and rusty skies. A main

city on the planet was Actlyon City, which had a crowded lower district and docking bays packed with transport vessels.

Kessel sector.

A hot, humid planet famous for its thunder and rain storms. The planet had a terrestrial atmosphere and experienced frequent rain, called the mausim during the wet season. Its surface was known to have jungles and canyons. Everyone in Myrra used the bala-bala speeder, a narrow vehicle meant to take the tight channels and sharp-angled turns of the streets of the city; they were used to go to work or move crates. Akiva's capital was Myrra, a sprawling city which was built over a maze of old catacombs. These catacombs were inhabited by the primitive Uugteen, a race of humanoids native to Akiva. According to various rumors, this maze hosted a Jedi training temple, a Sith trap, or some Hutt breeding ground. Few people who visited the catacombs survived due to the presence of the Uugteen. The remote world was

once part of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, who created a large droid construction facility under the planet's surface. After the Clone Wars, the planet fell under the occupation of the Galactic Empire with the Satrapy of Myrra collaborating with its new rulers. Some time after the Battle of Endor, the shattered forces of the Empire gathered for an emergency summit above Akiva, where they intended to regroup and launch an attack against the New Republic. The meeting failed, leading to the Rebellion on Akiva in space above the planet as the Imperial leaders on the planet fled to safety. After the battle of Akiva, during which the citizens of Akiva sought to overthrow the Satrapy of Myrra and the Empire, Akiva became the first Outer Rim planet to pledge allegiance to the New Republic.

It's surface was covered in layers of minerals, making it bright white in appearance.

Moddell sector.
Designated IX3244-H, Alprezar was a metallic moon of the gas giant Endor. The Galactic Empire extensively mined the moon for the construction of the Death Star II.

Tamsis Nebula.
A small forested planet located within the Tamsis Nebula in the Outer Rim, strong with the dark side of the Force and often visited by smugglers. The last of the Presagers of Hakotei hid on the

planet. The Presagers led Jedi Master Lene Kostana and her Padawan Sifo-Dyas into a trap on Asusto by tricking them into following a supposed trail for Sith artifacts from Karazak.

A world in the stellar skirt of the Tingel Arm. The Besalisk Dexter Jettster travelled to the world during the reign of the Galactic Empire and discovered an ore hub operated by the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate where

workers had been cybernetically altered by Doctor Cornelius Evazan. The Besalisk managed to rescue one Rodian worker from the hub and reported it to the Imperial Senate's Council of Labor Abuses.

Atterra system.
A planet that was surrounded by a thick asteroid belt and was controlled by the First Order.

The Firestone Islands were located on Attera Bravo. It had a sister planet named Atterra Alpha and both were surrounded by a thick asteroid belt.

Auratera system.
The planet Auratera was situated between its star system's twin stars, making it a bright world. The entire planet was overly saturated in the Force, and the Jedi Order established a temple named Acablas at the site of a strong vergence in the Force. As cities began to grow on the world, the Order grew concerned that Auratera would begin to be targeted in times of war, and indeed it was. The world was frequented by Jedi Masters and Sith Lords alike, and with each successive war more and more

settlers were driven away, causing attrition of the civilization. As the forests reclaimed abandoned cities, the civilization that remained on Auratera were scattered and isolated. When the Order was destroyed at the end of the Clone Wars, Auratera was left almost completely forgotten. The residents of Auratera remained protected by the legacy of the Jedi. While some residents left Auratera during the reign of the Galactic Empire, they kept the location of their homeworld a secret, protecting loved ones they left behind.

Batonn sector.
The planet was known to have one main continent and a smaller landmass called Scrim Island that lay 300 kilometers to the west of the continent. One known city on Batonn's main island was Paeragosto City, which was the location of Governor Restos' palace and was near the Creekpath Mining and Refining complex.

A poor world until the corrupt dictator Jamie Blassen brought it into the Republic.

One of three Outer Rim worlds controlled by Gallius Rax’s Imperial remnant.

Cassander sector.
A world in the Trans-Hydian Borderlands region. During the cold war between the Resistance and the First Order, a group of pirates backed by the First Order started to raid Caraxl and other locations in the Cassander sector. Around 34 ABY, the Resistance sent a group of bombers and A-wing starfighters to stop both the pirates' and First Order's plans of taking control of the

sector. Three days after the Resistance's mission to Mamkoda, Resistance bombers tried to deliver supplies to Caraxl. After Resistance pilot Tallissan Lintra reported that First Order TIE fighters were on an intercept course to their position, the bombers had to abort the mission due to orders of avoiding any confrontation with the First Order that could cause problems in the New Republic Senate.

A marsh-covered planet that had a soupy green atmosphere. Because its natural resources held use for almost no life-forms except the native Chalhuddans, that world was of interest to virtually no one else.

A forest planet that, in the weeks following the Hosnian Cataclysm, saw all its trees chopped down by laborers who subsequently left the world to find new work.

A planet where Varko Grey of the Empire's elite Titan Squadron fought against an insurrection.

Tion Hegemony.
A backwater world that was almost constantly wracked by war between various factions including the Malkhanis led by Warlord Malkhan, until his death between 6 BBY and 4 BBY, and their successors Opaline Creed, until their fall between 4 BBY and 0 BBY.

Hutt Space.
Notorious as a hub for pirates and smugglers. There was around half a dozen cities scattered across the planet. Long before the fall of the Republic, when Cyrkon was first colonized, it had been an ideal, almost idyllic world, situated perfectly in the habitable zone from its single star. Since then, the atmosphere had become poisonous as industrial and commercial ventures had filled it with toxins. The temperature had skyrocketed, the surface had begun to overheat, resulting in a runaway greenhouse effect, which meant all inhabitants had to live within domed cities with regulated temperature and

atmosphere controls. These cities became overpopulated and underserved. The capital, Motok, had a landing bay in one of the largest facilities on the edge of the city. The local government was as corrupt as the Imperial one, and with enough credits, one could bribe or buy their way to just about anything they needed. While there was a working economy on the planet, real business was made on the black market, dealing in goods, weapons, spice and sometimes even slaves. Anything worth money could be bought or sold in one of Cyrkon’s cities.

A cold, desert planet that in 28 ABY, was home to many members of the warrior culture known as the Amaxines. The planet was represented by the Centrists in the New Republic, but in contrast to typical Centrist doctrine, was mostly self-reliant

and limited off-planet commerce Daxam IV was near the planet Pamarthe, and many Pamarthen pilots were recruited to work there. The planet revolved around two suns but orbited at the edge of its system, making for an extremely cold climate.

Batonn sector.
During the Imperial Era, it was governed by Governor Wistran. During the Batonn sector insurgency, the Denash insurgents were defeated by Admiral Kinshara.

A planet near Raydonia

The pirate Queen Maz Kanata hid a portion of the spoils from her reign on this world in a buried vault equipped with a antitamper sub-space alarm. As of when she began writing the book that would become known as the Smuggler's Guide, the alarm protecting the cache of treasure on Descopose Farmark had not sounded.

Tammuz sector.
The homeworld of the Gozzo species, the planet is bathed in a blanket of yellow fog. The mercurial surface of unforgiving rock is barren except for the Gozzos who mine the planet for its rich ore through deep-core drilling.

A planet located in the same star system as E'ronoh. The two worlds sought to compete over control of the system due to its nature as a hyperspace waypoint. During the High Republic Era, Eiram was ruled by the queen regnant Dima and the queen consort Thandeka. Thandeka was kidnapped by the Directorate, along with Monarch Cassel of E'ronoh, leading to the

Eiram–E'ronoh crisis. As the Jedi's mission continued, Eiram along with E'ronoh, offered a ransom to the Directorate and started to investigate the kidnappings on their own. After the crisis came to an end, Eiram and E'ronoh's relationship rapidly improved, and they warmed to the Republic, allowing the Starlight Beacon to be built in their territory.

Penagosis system.
A wasteland planet with notable mountain peaks called the Marimkes Mountains.

A remote gas planet that was unusually small compared to most gas giants. During the Imperial era, Tibanna gas was mined to extinction by the Empire before they abandoned the planet. After the Empire left, the native inhabitants discovered tuusah, a residue from mine

runoff. Tuusah had medical properties that led to the establishment of a new industry, turning the planet into one of the largest spas in the galaxy. The capital city, Wish, was once known as (something like) Outpost 665. It was way off any useful trade routes.

Corporate Sector.
The outer of three planets that orbited a red dwarf star in the Salient system. Its moon was the location of the headquarters of Zerpen Industries.

A planet located in the same star system as Eiram. As the star system was a waypoint in hyperspace, E'ronoh competed with its twin for control of the area. During the High Republic Era, E'ronoh was ruled by Monarch Cassel, a Pantoran. Cassel was kidnapped by members of the Directorate, who also kidnapped Queen Thandeka of Eiram, causing a hostage crisis in which the two worlds turned to the Jedi

Order for assistance. As the Eiram–E'ronoh crisis continued, Eiram along with E'ronoh, offered a ransom to the Directorate and started to investigate the kidnappings on their own. After the crisis came to an end, Eiram and E'ronoh's relationship rapidly improved, and they warmed to the Republic, allowing the Starlight Beacon to be built in their territory.

Sometimes referred to as simply Eufornis, was a planet located in the Outer Rim Territories. A remote colony, it was sometimes confused with Eufornis Major, a prestigious city-planet located within the Core Worlds.

The planet had a space station in orbit that was maintained by the Galactic Empire.

Trilon sector.
A planet that was known for its illegal spice trade that had existed for hundreds of years. Black Spire Outpost on Batuu is a convenient stop for smugglers who take illegal trips to and from the planet.

A world where Lando Calrissian nearly lost L3-37 to a Hutt after making a bad bet in a game of sabacc.

Kallea sector.
From space it was a dusty red-and-orange moon with splotches of dark green and a few bright yellow expanses, representing its forests, mountains and deserts. The Galactic Empire operated an asylum on the moon, but it was later inhabited by the Brotherhood of Wire and Bone.

A barren, dank planet known mainly as a haven for anyone who took refuge in the underbelly of the galaxy. The warlord Smaatku operated on Guat'a.

A world rich in ore deposits that had not yet been claimed by the First Order in the time leading up to Ambassador Slokin's death.

Otomok system
A gloomy, stormy world that was busy with trade and industry. Hays Major and its sister planet, Hays Minor, relied on each other for decades, with Minor sending ore and minerals in exchange for food, water, and machinery. Prior to the Hosnian Cataclysm, the First Order took over the system and Hays Major's industries.

Otomok system
A cold and dark planet at the very edge of the system's habitable zone. Its surface is uninhabitable, but several underground podclusters are home to the few who dare live in those conditions. Hays Minor and its sister planet, Hays Major,

relied on each other for decades, with Minor sending ore and minerals in exchange for food, water, and machinery. Prior to the Hosnian Cataclysm, the First Order took over the system and Hays Major's industries, which left Hays Minor floundering.

A planet located nearby Ryloth and Abafar.

A small, inhabitable planet located in the Five Points system.

Iakar system.
A jungle planet and the homeworld of the Iakaru species. During the Clone Wars companies such as the Chiewab, Fabreth Medical, and Merisee Prime set up research installations on the planet which drove the Iakaru deeper into the jungle.

A world that Zay Versio and Shriv Suurgav visited after being assigned by General Leia Organa to find allies for the Resistance in the Outer Rim. Shriv acquired a ‘persistent’ rash after his time on Inya Prime.

A cold and rocky mountainous planet, it was inhabited by humans and several alien species. The planet's population was divided into two communities: a community of human valley dwellers known as the First Wavers who lived in the planet's remote valley and a second-wave of human and alien settlers who dwelled in urban centers such as Valentia. The second wavers tended to be more affluent than the valley dwellers and the two communities distrusted each other. The second wavers looked down on the valley dwellers as primitive and superstitious while the valley dwellers regarded the second wavers as avaricious and

selfish. During the Clone Wars, Jelucan was part of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Following the CIS defeat and the end of the war, Jelucan was left independent and would be annexed by the Galactic Empire in 11 BBY. By the time of the Galactic Civil War, Jelucan had become heavily polluted due to the excessive mining by the Empire. The people of Jelucan also began wearing the same attire, making it nearly impossible to tell the difference between first and second wavers. The planet's legislative building was also taken over by the Imperial military.

A small planet in the Torch Nebula, home to amphibious creatures known as lurkers. Judakann's surface was dank, jagged and inhospitable.

A world on the fringes of the Outer Rim. A cell of the Spice Runners of Kijimi undertook a heist on Kellgar Seven, escaping to Yavin 4, where they became stranded after they killed their traitorous pilot Beke Mon'z.

Tion Hegemony
Considered a colonial backwater, it was located near Promencius Four and Crucival.

A world which had been visited by the New Republic pilot Chass na Chadic. While on Koiogra, she discovered a recording of Jyn Erso's speech prior to the Battle of Scarif, realizing she had previously met the rebel on Uchinao a year earlier.

Trymant system.
Along with several other moons in the system, Korbatal was destroyed as a result of the Great Hyperspace Disaster.

Moddell sector.
Designated IX3244-B, Korkar was one of the moons of the gas giant Endor. An icy moon, Korkar's surface concealed a liquid sea.

During the Clone Wars a battle was fought on Lokori between the Galactic Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems. It was near Ryloth and had a pleasant atmosphere. It's capital city is Fucallpa.

Cassander sector.
A world in the Trans-Hydian Borderlands region. During the cold war between the First Order, and the Resistance, a group of pirates operating in the sector took control of a local spaceport on Mamkoda and turned it into their base. Around 34 ABY, the Resistance learned that the First Order wanted to take control of the Cassander

sector by supplying weapons to the pirates, and as an answer to the threat, the Resistance sent a group of A-wing starfighters and bombers there. The group's first target in the region was the pirate base on Mamkoda, and after a battle with pirate forces, the Resistance forces were able to destroy the base.

Serenno system.
Also known as the Funeral Moon, Mantero was the smallest of two moons that orbited Serenno. The bones of the Serennian ancestors of Dooku were buried in House Serenno's family mausoleum on the moon.

Merj was a planet in the galaxy that was the homeworld of the methane-breathing Morseerian species. During the Clone Wars, it was a member world of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Around this time, it clandestinely received equipment and supplies from smugglers, including Has Obitt. As part of the war effort

against the Galactic Republic, Morseerian scientists on the planet worked to develop a biological warfare agent against the Grand Army of the Republic's clone troopers, prompting a mission to put an end to the research as well as abduct the scientists as bargaining chips for a planned prisoner exchange.

A planet close to the Unknown Regions and far from the Core that was brown and red with desert dust, streaked with blue where the oceans surged and lakes pooled between mountains. Karr Nuq Sin grew up on Merokia with his family and almost attended a trade school in the Taeltor Province.

Mokivj system.
A planet located near the borders of the Unknown Regions and Wild Space, that suffered a catastrophe caused by the spreading lava from an effort to destroy a Separatist cortosis mine in 19 BBY by Anakin Skywalker, Padmé Amidala, and Chiss Commander Thrawn. Before the catastrophe, it had been a planet with

lush grasslands and forests. Following the Battle of Atollon, Thrawn, now a Grand Admiral in the navy of the Galactic Empire, and Skywalker, now the Sith Lord Darth Vader, were sent to investigate a disturbance in the Force felt by Emperor Palpatine. By that time, there was only lifeless plains and deserts across a great swath of the surface.

A planet with at least fourteen moons.

Moldour 14 was one of the many moons of the planet Moldour. One of Maz Kanata's treasure troves was hidden on an island on the tropical moon. It was later recovered by pirate queen Gunda Mabin.

Dalicron sector.
A nearly undiscovered backwater planet located between the Corellian Trade Spine and the Hydian Way. Mydasos was home to the symbiotic Phydolon species, as well as a variety of flora and fauna. The planet was home to marshlands, continent-spanning forests, and craggy mountains jutting out of those forests.

A planet inhabited by Ubdurians. Binjai-Tin was considered to be a large merchant city on the planet. Sometime after the Rebellion on Akiva, the New Republic attempted to liberate the world, but was met with an increasingly-desperate Imperial defense.

The homeworld of the Jablogian species. Long before the Cold War, it became a Hutt colony world and its human colonists were enslaved and subjected to years of exploitation and suppression. Following a gang war within the Hutt cartels that left the world

in disarray, the humans overthrew their overlords and struck out on their own. Tasu Leech, the nominal leader of Kanjiklub, a gang of renegade slaves from Nar Kanji, grew up on this world.

A water-based planet located past Hutt Space in the Outer Rim. Practically uninhabited, it possessed a few archipelagos and had little to offer to most species in the galaxy besides fish.

Otomok system.
Homeworld of First Order jet trooper CS-9147.

A planet covered by a massive ocean dotted by rugged islands, connected by stone, wood or rope bridges and a fleet of small watercraft. Home to the human culture known as the Pamarthens, who were known for being excellent pilots, as well as for their courage and gusto. Pamarthen pilots were often recruited by

neighboring worlds for racing or for military service, and in the early days of the Galactic Empire many flocked to join the Imperial Navy. However, after the destruction of Alderaan—which most Pamarthens saw as a foul act of cowardice—hundreds deserted to join the Rebel Alliance.

A world in the galaxy that sat along a hyperspace route that started at Batuu and terminated at Cermau. Plood was notable for its seascapes, which were considered majestic.

Western Reaches.
Ponemah, or Ponemah Terminal, is entirely covered in desert, making for a harsh environment. The planet's south polar region, known as the Sea of Sand, was the harshest region on the planet, containing electromagnetic storms and giant sand worms. Ponemah is located close to Jakku and Ogem.

Tion Hegemony.
Considered a colonial backwater, it was located near Khuteb and Crucival.

A planet that was solid black with a cloudy sky, snow-covered ground and thick forests.

A remote Outer Rim farming moon where the former Padawan Ahsoka Tano worked as a mechanic under the name of "Ashla" one year after the end of the Clone Wars. Shortly after her arrival, Imperial forces arrived on the moon in order to grow a certain crop used in nutritional supplements. Imperial bureaucrat Jenneth Pilar had chosen Raada for this because, due to its remoteness and small population, the moon was essentially expendable. The crop leeched nutrients out of the soil, leaving it useless for further farming

without fertilizer, which the Empire did not provide. This, coupled with the oppressive conditions the Imperials enforced, led to a growing resistance on the moon. After a disastrous attack on the Imperial base, Ahsoka was forced to leave. She returned many weeks later, having organized the evacuation of the moon's population with the help of Bail Organa's forces. During the ensuing battle, the rebel A-wing pilots made sure to destroy the Imperial crops.

Corporate Sector.
A planet located in the autonomous Salient system, in the Corporate Sector. In 18 BBY, the planet, along with the rest of the system, resisted what they perceived as intrusion by the Galactic Empire in

a hard-fought, prolonged campaign. Nevertheless, the planet's government was bombed into submission, despite several guerrilla groups forestalling the imposition of an occupying force.

Batonn sector.
During the reign of the Galactic Empire, Commander Karyn Faro was tasked with taking the 96th Task Force to Sammun and eliminating local insurgents. The planet was governed by Governor Estorn.

Western Reaches.
A legacy planet in the Western Reaches. The Galactic Empire hired Ranos Yalli and Has Obitt to transport old Separatist weapons to Samovar so that the Empire could "discover" them and thus remove

Samovar's Legacy status. Removing Legacy status meant that the once-verdant world could be mined to exhaustion for doonium and dolovite, crucial materials for the construction of the first Death Star.

Designated IX3244-E, Sharls was a dead moon of the gas giant Endor. Made up of rock and ice, it had an iron-rich core.

Cassander sector.
A world in the Trans-Hydian Borderlands region. During the cold war between the First Order and the Resistance, a group of pirates operating in the sector established their base of operations on Sheh Soahi. Around 34 ABY, the Resistance learned that the First Order wanted to take control of the Cassander sector. In response to the threat,

the Resistance sent a group of bombers and starfighters to stop both the pirates and the First Order. After a battle on Mamkoda and a relief mission to Caraxl, Resistance spies learned that the pirate base was located on Sheh Soahi. Acting on that piece of intelligence, the Resistance starship group assaulted the base and destroyed it after an intense battle.

A planet in the Outer Rim that was close enough to the Torch Nebula that one could clearly spot if from the surface, creating a fireworks display of colorful lights.

A gray and cold planetoid, with only humans and ash-beetles thriving. During the Clone Wars, it was the site of an old communications tower, as well as Rank and Leera's Inn. When the wind blew from the east, Sídi was noted to smell like rotten eggs.

A world near the Tion Hegemony where Saw Gerrera abandoned Jyn Erso whilst on a mission.

A world that was windy and dusty, and newcomers to the planet could be identified by having clean, dust-free clothing. The Fardi clan operated here.

A junk planet in the Outer Rim Territories.

Homeworld of the Tsevukan species. At some point the planet came under the control of the Galactic Empire, causing an uproar among the planet's natives.

Five Points system.
A world with massive ring-shaped cities floating on ice bergs that were dark and veined with yellow. There were rumors that creatures lived deep inside the liquid below, but on top it was like any other city-world with a thousand cramped streets filled with garbage and people.

A world that sat along a hyperspace route that started at Batuu and terminated at Cermau. Known for its galaxy-class hunting, the planet had many guide services but only the wealthiest could afford full-service.

It was a cold world, with half the planet covered in glacial ice. The climate was often snowy and windy and quite inhospitable to off-worlders. It was the homeworld of the Valltii and Taqwa species.

Rseik sector.
A forested planet in the Valo system on the edge of the Rseik sector. During the time of the High Republic Era, the Galactic Republic hosted the Republic Fair on Valo, with dignitaries and visitors from across the galaxy visiting the planet to attend. Valo's capital city was the

paradisal Lonisa City, nestled next to tree-lined mountains and an island lake so large it was practically an ocean (Lake Lonisa). A Nihil attack on Valo during the Fair left much of the planet destroyed and hundreds of thousands dead. In the Imperial Era, it was known for its barbeques.

A world ‘synonymous with squalor and barbarism.’ The rain on this world could drown a person and it has one single spaceport.

Moddell sector.
Designated IX3244-F, Vix was a bleak moon of the gas giant Endor. Its nitrogen-rich atmosphere caused methane rain to fall onto its surface.

Western Reaches.
A legacy planet in the Western Reaches. The Galactic Empire hired Ranos Yalli and Has Obitt to transport old Separatist weapons to Wadi Raffa so that the Empire could "discover" them and thus remove

Wadi Raffa's Legacy status. Removing Legacy status meant that the once-verdant world could be mined to exhaustion for doonium and dolovite, crucial materials for the construction of the first Death Star.

A world that sat along a hyperspace route that started at Batuu and terminated at Cermau. Yakorki was known for its wide selection of edible fungi and for the annual Fungi Fest that attracting thousands of visitors each cycle.

Trilon sector.
A planet with scattered archipelagos of white sand beaches, where locals live on flying skiffs. At night, the high tides cover the shallow beaches with sea water and the land disappears entirely.
